- Day old bread
- olive oil
- Dried Parsley
- Dried oregano
- garlic powder
- Using baking brush, brush each bread surface with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dried oregano and parsley.
- Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes or until dried and browned through
- Place cooled bread in ziploc bag and crush with heavy skillet until desired texture achieved.
