Scalloped Potato Bake - Quick Meal
- 3-4 medium sized yellow potatoes - cut into thin slices
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- dried parsley for garnishing
- Place sliced potatoes into greased baking pan.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Spread cream of mushroom soup over top.
- Sprinkle parsley over top.
- Spread shredded cheese over top.
- Bake covered for 1 hour at 375F.
- Remove cover and bake for 30 more minutes.
