Seasoned Bread Crumbs
A wonderful way to use leftover bread.
- Day old bread
- Salt/pepper to taste
- Dried parsley
- Dried oregano
- Garlic powder
- Olive oil
- Using baking brush, brush each bread surfaces with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dried oregano and parsley.
- Bake at 400F for 10 minutes or until dried and golden brown.
- Place cooled bread in ziploc bag and crush with heavy skillet until desired texture achieved.
