Quick Baked Salmon

Quick, healthy and delicious! Makes a great side dish without any starch!


  • 4 salmon filets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • pinch of salt


  1. Rub all ingredients onto salmon fillet and let marinade for 20 minutes.
  2. Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes or until cooked but tender.
  3. May serve with spaghetti and sauce.
