Quick Baked Salmon
Quick, healthy and delicious! Makes a great side dish without any starch!
- 4 salmon filets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- pinch of salt
- Rub all ingredients onto salmon fillet and let marinade for 20 minutes.
- Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes or until cooked but tender.
- May serve with spaghetti and sauce.
