Seasoned Bread Crumbs

A wonderful way to use leftover bread.


  • Day old bread
  • Salt/pepper to taste
  • Dried parsley
  • Dried oregano
  • Garlic powder
  • Olive oil


  1. Using baking brush, brush each bread surfaces with olive oil.
  2. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dried oregano and parsley.
  3. Bake at 400F for 10 minutes or until dried and golden brown.
  4. Place cooled bread in ziploc bag and crush with heavy skillet until desired texture achieved.
